CARGO The Festival is not responsible for cargo costs. Minimum set pieces should travel with the Company in order to avoid delays at the Miami airport. Caution should be taken about what may or may not be included in these bags, due to new traveling requirements in the United States.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1.- Text of the play, via e-mail (if possible, in English also).
2.- Authorization from the playwright, via fax (signed by the playwright).
3.- *Authorization from the Sociedad General de Autores y Editores, if a SGAE member.
4.- Best production pictures – JPEG (high resolution), via e-mail – three minimum, preferably in color.
5.- Recent video of production (NTSC or PAL).
6.- Reviews, programs and other printed materials of most recent performance.
7.- Press list, including print, radio and television of your country

The Festival is not responsible for these negotiations nor is responsible for the payment of any royalties fees.
